Two ways in.
Co-found the next FaMo Ventures company from inside FaMo Ventures, or bring the one you have already started.
Co-found your next company
without starting alone.
Operators, not aspiring entrepreneurs.
- You have run a P&L, scaled a team, opened a market, or turned an operation around.
- You may be in a scale-up, a multinational, a family group, or your second startup.
- You want to run your own company, and you understand that the right structure beats the lonely garage.
Co-founder economics, company-builder firepower.
- A validated concept, or the resources to validate yours.
- Co-founder economics: a majority-track stake, not employee options.
- Capital at incorporation and a salary from day one.
- The FaMo Ventures stack: finance, legal, recruiting, product, go-to-market, Gulf entry, fundraising preparation.
- A structure investors recognize instantly, built before you need it.
Full commitment, evidence discipline.
- Full-time, in person, Casablanca.
- Evidence discipline: you kill your own ideas when the data says so.
- The ambition to sell into the Gulf within a year, and the stamina to do it.

Mutual due diligence with our team
Validation sprint
Incorporation. Both sides can walk away until then. After that, we are co-founders.
Already building?
Partner with FaMo Ventures.
Early teams with regional ambition.
- Idea to early revenue, with Morocco as your base and the region as your ambition.
- Technology or AI at the core of the product.
- Founders full-time or ready to be.
We work the way we work with our own ventures.
- This is not an investment application.
- Capital, hands-on operating support, structural work to make you fundable internationally.
- The corridor program toward your first Gulf client.
- In exchange, FaMo Ventures takes a 20 to 30 percent stake, agreed case by case.
Proof, people, and a reason.
- A problem you can prove people pay for, or credible evidence you are close.
- A team we would have recruited ourselves.
- A reason this must exist in this region, now.
Apply as a Builder in Residence.
Four steps, ten minutes. Depth goes in the text answers, not in the field count.
Submit your startup.
Numbers, not adjectives. "None" is a fine answer where it is the honest one.
Asked before applying.
Do I need a technical co-founder?
No. If the concept requires deep technical leadership, FaMo Ventures recruits it with you. Several of the best CEOs we know cannot write code.
Do I need my own idea?
No. Most Builders are matched with a validated FaMo Ventures concept. If you bring a thesis, it goes through the same validation gauntlet as ours.
What equity does the founding team keep?
FaMo Ventures takes 20 to 30 percent of the capital as a co-founder. The rest belongs to the founding team and the employee pool, with standard vesting. Full terms are on the table at the first serious conversation, in writing.
Is there a salary?
Yes, from day one of formation. Amounts are set per venture and discussed transparently during due diligence.
Where does this happen?
Casablanca, in person. The Gulf work involves travel from month six onward.
How long does the application take?
We reply to every application. If there is a fit, expect two to four weeks from first call to validation sprint.
What happens if the concept fails validation?
It dies, and we both saved two years. Strong Builders are often rematched with the next concept.
